The optical assemblies we manufacture include combinations of optical, mechanical, and electronic components, such as cemented systems consisting of periscopes, prisms, lenses, and filters. Often, several optical functions can be implemented in a single component. This frequently allows us to achieve a significant reduction in size while increasing optical quality, which inevitably leads to more economical solutions.
The combination of optics and precision mechanics opens up many additional applications for optical systems. Our examples include movable mirrors for light deflection, highly reflective front surface mirrors with mechanical folding technology for the medical sector, 35 mm adapters for digital cameras, image stabilizers, and mechanical mounts for optical systems.
